Getdown Services are a British dance-punk duo comprising Josh Law and Ben Sadler. Originally from Minehead, Somerset, the childhood friends began making music together during lockdown after moving to Bristol. Their sound, which they have described as “power disco”, combines dancefloor rhythms, electronic production, guitar-driven rock and irreverent lyrics.

Their influences include T. Rex, Daft Punk, AC/DC and Chic, artists the pair have described as longstanding shared favourites. Their music has drawn comparisons with The Streets, Sleaford Mods and LCD Soundsystem, reflecting their blend of electronic and guitar-based sounds, offbeat humour and observations of everyday life.

Getdown Services released their debut album, Crisps, in November 2023, followed by the EPs Your Medal's In The Post (2024) and Primordial Slot Machine (2025). Their additional releases include Crumbs and Crumbs 2, collecting further material from the duo. In 2026, they released their second album, Massive Champion, which explores folkier elements alongside their established dance-punk sound, with more emotionally open lyrics.

The duo have performed at festivals including Glastonbury, Green Man, End of the Road, Wide Awake, The Great Escape and Live at Leeds. They were also selected by Harry Styles for his Meltdown Festival and appeared on the BBC music programme Later… with Jools Holland.
